Duties: Lead and supervise a group of campers throughout daily activities - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor adventures - Provide guidance and support to campers to ensure a safe and positive experience - Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all campers - Collaborate with fellow counselors and camp leadership to create a memorable summer camp experience
Qualifications: Experience in Christian counseling or related field is preferred - Background in theater, education, or working with students is a plus - Strong classroom management skills - Knowledge of early childhood education principles - Previous experience in babysitting, daycare, childcare, tutoring, or sports coaching is beneficial This position offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, build relationships with children, and create lasting memories in a dynamic camp setting.
